ABOUT THE DESIGNER

MEGHAN BURCH | GRAPHIC DESIGNER

I am a well-rounded Graphic Designer and have a passion for problem-solving and meticulous eye for design. I stay up-to-date on design trends and continue to further my skills as a designer through practice of technique, learning new software and/or updates, and continually following the art of other talented designers.

As a graduate of Savannah College of Art and Design I was able to not only learn the skills of graphic design and animation, but also the foundation of where those mediums began in traditional art. My classroom experiences combined with my expertise in using Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop will allow me to be a successful member of your design team. I was also a full-time student artist athlete and learned the necessary skills of time management, organization, and responsibility.

As a professional I have had several opportunities to work on different design projects. I have been able to gain experience with several projects from concept to execution including, but not limited to logo creation, brochures, magazines, catalogs, e-mail banners and campaigns, advertising, T-shirt design, trade shows, etc. In each position I take on I gain the experience of several years in a short time and my responsibilities quickly multiply.

I have had to exercise the skills of organization and planning through the scheduling and maintenance of several facets of a department; and as a result of a fast-paced environment, I have realized the value of communication, organization, and accuracy when creating a visual product.

I would welcome the chance to apply the skills and knowledge I have gained to a position with a fast-growing company.
